Module 2 Reflection and Action Plan

Post-Assessment

Before moving on to the next modules help us assess the effectiveness of this resource and take a moment to take the post-assessment here.

After you’ve completed the post-test, you will receive the correct answers and get feedback on your answers.

At the end of module 3 you will be asked to reflect on what you’ve learned and commit to executing on your new knowledge. Take a few minutes to reflect on some important (and perhaps new) details that you’ve learned about the out-of-home care placement process, including the involvement of county agencies, Child Protective Services, or Juvenile Justice. When you develop your action plan at the end of module 3, think about some the challenges faced by children placed by both Child Protective Services and Juvenile Justice.

Save or print the Action Plan for modules 1-3. You’ll be asked to reflect on what you’ve learned and think about what you can do to support children in your school. When you’re finished you will have committed to taking two actions. One will be an action you can take on your own. The other will be an action you'll take with the help of another educator.
